OVERVIEW

Restoration Systems was contracted in late fall of 2023 to perform concrete, drainage, and waterproofing repairs at a Metro area hospital parking ramp in Minnesota. Restoration Systems Inc. worked with the owner, management and a design professional to ensure the project met its schedule and limited interruption of the operations of parking for the staff and public. The extent of the repairs consisted of large-scale concrete deck replacements.  After the concrete repairs were complete, the plumbing and electrical systems were repaired along with the application of a new waterproof traffic coating.
