OVERVIEW

Restoration Systems Inc. was contracted in Spring of 2020 to perform parking garage restoration at the Loring Way Condominiums in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The garage rehabilitation included slab-on-grade concrete replacement, plumbing replacement, and installation of a new high-solids polyurethane waterproofing, traffic bearing membrane system for vehicular traffic.
