OVERVIEW

Restoration Systems was contracted in April of 2017 to perform plaza restoration in St. Paul Minnesota. The existing exposed aggregate concrete overlay and waterproofing system were experiencing deterioration and failures due to years of weatherization and unprotected concrete. The extent of the exterior repairs consisted of removing 56,000 SF of concrete overlay, planters, screen walls, install a new Tremproof 6100 internal waterproofing system and drainage, replacement of 56,000 SF of concrete overlay, and installing a concrete overlay stain and sealer. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
