OVERVIEW
Restoration Systems was contracted by Bigos Management in April 2017 to perform plaza restoration in St. Paul, MN. The existing exposed aggregate concrete overlay and waterproofing system were experiencing deterioration and failures due to years of weatherization and unprotected concrete. The extent of the exterior repairs consisted of removing 56,000 SF of concrete overlay, removing 56,000 SF of the existing waterproofing system, installing 56,000 SF of Tremproof 6100 internal waterproofing system, replacing 56,000 SF of concrete overlay, and installing a concrete overlay stain and sealer. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
