OVERVIEW
Restoration Systems Inc. was contracted in 2012 to provide exterior masonry repairs at the St. Cloud Community and Technical College. The extensive exterior repairs consisted of removing and tucking back approximately 3,800 SF of exterior mortar, replacement of 1,650 bricks, replacing of sealant throughout the facility and installing 2,900 structural helical brick ties.
