OVERVIEW
In 2019, Restoration Systems Inc. was contracted to perform parking structure rehabilitation in St. Paul, Minnesota. The parking structure was experiencing deterioration and waterproofing failures due to years of weatherization. The repairs consisted of installing 425,000+ square feet of a new high-solids polyurethane waterproofing traffic bearing membrane system for vehicular traffic, structural concrete repairs, parking structure painting, and stall striping.
