OVERVIEW

Restoration Systems was contracted to perform concrete, drainage, and waterproofing repairs at the W Hotel Foshay Tower Minneapolis, Minnesota. Restoration Systems, Inc. worked closely with hotel and restaurant management to ensure the project needs met with limited interruption to the operations of the restaurant storage and hotel parking. The extent of the repairs consisted of removal of the existing waterproofing system to identify concrete distress locations.  After the concrete repairs were complete, the plumbing and sprinkler systems were repaired along with a new waterproof traffic coating application.
