OVERVIEW

Restoration Systems was contracted in 2024 to perform exterior sealant replacement at the 720 Lofts Building in Minneapolis Minnesota. Restoration Systems Inc. worked strategically with aerial swing stage access experts to develop a specialty rigging plan for this project that helped avoid the use of residents’ balconies for access allowing RSI to minimize the impact for our clients’ tenants throughout the project. RSI utilized “golden gate” booms to span their rigging out over the penthouse balconies as part of the project specific rigging plan.  The extent of the repairs consisted of removing and replacing window perimeter sealants, control joint sealants, and joint sealant replacement between dissimilar materials.
