OVERVIEW

Restoration Systems was contracted in Spring of 2020 to perform parking ramp restoration at the Lux Apartments in Brooklyn Center Minnesota. The ramp rehabilitation included post tension cable replacement, post tension cable repairs, structural concrete replacement, and installation of a new high-solids polyurethane waterproofing, traffic bearing membrane system for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
