OVERVIEW

Restoration Systems Inc. was contracted in Spring of 2020 to perform parking ramp restoration at an office complex in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The parking ramp restoration included post tension cable replacement, post tension cable repairs, structural concrete replacement, installation of a new high-solids polyurethane waterproofing, traffic bearing membrane system for vehicular traffic, asphalt replacement, ceiling and wall painting, and exterior masonry repairs.
