OVERVIEW
Restoration Systems was contracted in Summer of 2024 to perform exterior restoration at the Human Services Building in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Restoration Systems, Inc. worked closely with the engineering team and building ownership to ensure the project met the project schedule and limited interruption of the building operations. To limit interruption, RSI utilized an aerial drop map to notify tenants each day of where the location of work was to take place. The extent of the repairs consisted of removing and tucking back exterior mortar, brick replacement on the building’s exterior, control joint sealant replacement, exterior façade cleaning, and exterior waterproof coating.
