OVERVIEW
Restoration Systems was contracted in Spring 2021 to perform exterior masonry and stone rehabilitation at Martin Luther College’s Wittenberg Collegiate Center Building in New Ulm, Minnesota. The extent of the repairs consisted of removing and tucking back exterior mortar, brick replacement on the building’s exterior, exterior stone patching, and sealant replacement.
