STONE ARCH LOFTS BUILDING RESTORATION

OVERVIEW
Restoration Systems was contracted in Spring of 2023 to perform exterior masonry rehabilitation at the Stone Arch Lofts Building in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Restoration Systems Inc. worked closely with the City of Minneapolis and its Heritage Preservation Commission to ensure the project met and followed the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic Design Guidelines. The extent of the repairs consisted of removing and tucking back exterior mortar, brick replacement on the building’s exterior, sealant replacement, exterior balcony paint touchup, and concrete repairs.
