Restoration Systems Acquires Wells Masonry Restoration, Expanding Its Footprint into Indiana

The combination joins RSI’s nearly three decades of facade and parking structure restoration experience with Wells’ well-established Indiana facade practice, bringing a complete building envelope and parking structure offering to Indianapolis and the broader Indiana market.

CHASKA, Minn. / NEW PALESTINE, Ind. – November 3, 2026 – Restoration Systems, Inc. (“RSI” or the “Company”), a leading commercial repair and restoration contractor in the Upper Midwest and a portfolio company of Blue Point Capital Partners (“Blue Point”), today announced that it has acquired Wells Masonry Restoration, Inc. (“Wells”), a masonry and facade restoration firm based in New Palestine, Indiana. Following the acquisition, Wells will operate as Wells Restoration Systems. The acquisition extends RSI’s footprint into Indiana, adding a fourth office to the Company’s locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa, from which RSI serves customers throughout the Upper Midwest, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska.

Founded in 2002, Wells has built a strong reputation across central Indiana for high-quality exterior facade restoration, earning the long-term trust of building owners, property managers, and design professionals throughout the Indianapolis region.

Since 1997, RSI has built a reputation as one of the Upper Midwest’s most experienced restoration contractors across both building facades and parking structures. On the facade side, the Company’s work spans masonry restoration and tuckpointing, brick and stone repair, sealants, and waterproofing on commercial, institutional, and historic buildings.
