OVERVIEW

Restoration Systems Inc. was contracted to perform sealant replacement and stone repairs to the exterior of the U.S. Bank Plaza in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The facility consists of two towers, 20 and 40 stories with an atrium connection. RSI completed sealant replacement at window perimeters and stone joints. During repairs cracked stone identified were either replaced or repaired in place. Additional stone repairs were performed during corresponding roof replacement to repair flashing. RSI worked closely with Hines to accommodate construction budgets and scheduling to complete work over a 5 construction season.
