OVERVIEW
Restoration Systems was contracted in February of 2019 to perform installation of a new fluid-applied waterproofing system in the parking garage at the Avidor Active Adult Apartment Homes in Edina, Minnesota. The installation consisted of 30,500 SF of a new high-solids polyurethane waterproofing, traffic bearing membrane system for vehicular and pedestrian areas in the parking garage. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
