OVERVIEW
In 2019, Restoration Systems Inc. was contracted to perform parking structure rehabilitation in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The existing concrete structure and waterproofing system were experiencing deterioration and failures due to years of weatherization. The extent of the repairs consisted of nearly 15,000 SF of structural concrete full depth replacement and 49,000 SF of a new high-solids polyurethane waterproofing, traffic bearing membrane system for vehicular and pedestrian areas in the parking garage.
