OVERVIEW
In 2023, Restoration Systems Inc. was contracted to perform structural parking ramp repairs and traffic coating installation at the University of Minnesota. The existing concrete structure was experiencing deterioration, post-tension system failures, and structural deficiencies due to years of weatherization. The extent of repairs consisted of post-tension system repairs, structural concrete repairs, column repairs, and the installation of a new polyurethane waterproofing, traffic bearing membrane system for vehicular traffic in the parking ramp.
